Fast Turnaround When You Need Your Instrument Back
I know how difficult it can be for a student or working musician to be without an instrument.
That’s why I try to keep turnaround times as short as possible. Many smaller repairs can be completed within 1–2 days, and some minor repairs may even be completed the same day depending on the repair and drop-off time. Larger refurbishing projects may require additional time, particularly when parts need to be ordered. Chris K Music Studio of Mattoon, IL
Whether you’re dealing with sticky valves, worn pads, damaged hardware, drum problems, an instrument that needs a thorough cleaning, or something that simply isn’t playing the way it should, I’m happy to take a look.
An Instrument Sitting in the Closet?
Don’t assume an older instrument isn’t worth fixing.
I’ve worked on instruments in all kinds of conditions—from routine student-instrument maintenance to instruments that haven’t been played in years.
Sometimes a good cleaning, adjustment, and servicing can make a tremendous difference.
Chris K Music has serviced more than a thousand instruments since 2012, and I bring more than 25 years of playing experience across multiple instruments to the repair bench. Chris K Music Studio of Mattoon, IL
